I really enjoyed my stay at Parkroyal. The staff greeted me with warm smiles right when I walked in. The room felt spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony that had a decent view. The bathroom impressed me with its cleanliness and ample space. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, especially loved the halal options and the Chinese congee. I did struggle with the food at Ginger restaurant. the quality wasn’t great and sometimes cold. Additionally, the mixed service from the staff was a downside. While some were friendly, others seemed uninterested in offering help or recommendations. I had an issue with room service. my salad arrived tiny and unappetizing. Overall, a solid stay, but they could definitely improve their dining options and enhance staff engagement.

My experience with the staff was incredibly frustrating. They were short and unfriendly during check-in, which left a bad first impression. When I requested a cot for my baby, it wasn't even set up, and after waiting for over 15 minutes, I had to set up the portacot myself.

The pool area offers a relaxing vibe and great views. Breakfast menu lacked variety during our stay. Great location near Bugis and Arab streets. Evening entertainment options could be improved.

I was really disappointed with the housekeeping service. Despite staying for 8 nights, the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly. There were times when items weren't refilled during breakfast, and the staff started packing away the food 15-20 minutes early.

I loved that it was just a short stroll to both the Malay Heritage Centre and the vibrant Suntec City, making city exploration super easy and enjoyable. plus, I found fantastic local restaurants right across the street that were open late, ensuring I had great meals after long days of walking around.

my stay at parkroyal was fantastic! the location was perfect, just a short walk to arab street and two nearby mrt stations. the breakfast was a wonderful spread of halal options that fueled my day of exploring, definitely surpassing my last experience in singapore.

i had a relaxing stay this time at parkroyal, enjoying the spacious room with a comfy bed. the location was perfect, making it easy to explore bugis and haji lane, surpassing my previous experience in singapore. the swimming pool view was stunning, adding to the overall luxury vibe of the hotel.

I recently stayed for 3 nights and loved the spacious Deluxe Double room. The breakfast selection was amazing, including a variety of fresh fruits and made-to-order omelets. The swimming pool provided a perfect spot for relaxation after a busy day!
